Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a social media specialist to manage our creative team who can provide vision and strategy to achieve results and bring our brand more widely known through social media today so that this social media can increase sales of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Can manage all social media teams

• Provide strategies to develop brands through creative marketing

• Develop our retail streaming strategy in the marketplace

• Research and understand the latest trends in social media content

• Work with the marketing team to develop and execute our marketing campaigns

• Track and analyze the performance of our social media content

• Optimize our social media strategy for maximum engagement

• Create monthly targets and reports

• Be our creative team, create ideas and content for our social media platforms along with social media marketing

• Engaging with audience or followers through social media

• Work alongside the internal team for various projects

• Meeting deadlines

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic arts, design Creative, Marketing, Communications, or any related major

• Has proven experience in Content Creation and Management or any related roles min. 1 year, Fresh graduates are welcomed

• Strong understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Lifestyle and tech enthusiast, extrovert, creative person, and innovative thinker

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passionate and knowledgeable in Tech also peripherals especially photography and videography

• Proficient Copywriting skills in English & Bahasa

• Willing to work from office at Medan
